Joint Clinical - Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Orthopaedic Surgery and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon - University of Otago - Dunedin
In pursuit of excellence, the Faculty of Medicine - Dunedin, in association with Health New Zealand - Southern, seeks to appoint a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery. 

The appointee will provide leadership in teaching and research in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery while supporting an effective and efficient service for orthopaedic surgery patients in the Otago and Southland regions.  In addition to holding the position of Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Otago, the appointee will concurrently hold a position as Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Health New Zealand - Southern. 

This is a joint University/Hospital position and will be held as a single contract with the University of Otago. The two separate roles equal the equivalent of one full-time position.

Orthopaedic Surgeon - Palmerston North
This is for a full time, permanent Orthopaedic Surgeon. You will be able to participate in general orthopaedic and trauma surgery along with a complementary sub specialty. We are interested in hearing from surgeons with an interest or subspeciality in upper limp or Arthroplasty. You would be one of seven Orthopaedic Specialists. There is also a Medical Officer, 9 Registrars (two are on the national training program) and House Officers.

Medical Advisor - Flexible Location
ACC is looking for Orthopaedic Surgeons to join their team of experiences clinical advisors. In this role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team. You will use your orthopaedic knowledge and surgical experience to provide clinical guidance on ACC claims.  Both full time and part time roles available with a preferred minimum of 20 hors per week.

Orthopaedic Surgeon -Tairāwhiti Gisborne - Gisborne
Permanent, full time role. We are looking for a skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon with broad experience in general orthopaedics and trauma, interested in joining our team in a permanent full-time capacity. Gisborne Hospital is the base hospital for the wide geographical area, Tairāwhiti, extending up the East Cape of New Zealand, creating enormous scope and variety in the work available to an enthusiastic and skilled general surgeon. 

The department provides general, acute and elective care with current sub-specialty interests including Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, Paediatrics and Sports Surgery. We are looking for a colleague to join the team with a sub specialist interest that would compliment and help build the department and services offered

Orthopaedic Surgeon - Taranaki Base Hospital

Research Registrar Positions - Waikato Hospital 
These two Research Registrar positions comprise 0.5 FTE clinical work as a non-Training Registrar with the remainder of the week protected for academic activity.

Posts may be of 6 or 12 months duration depending on an applicant's goals. Expressions of interest are welcome year-round with interviews generally undertaken in May of the preceding year.
