This year (building on the great dynamic in Christchurch 2022) the format is a workshop for female medical students/registrars in the morning, with the afternoon option being interview training (for the morning group) or sessions on how to set up a private practice.
The private practice sessions are open to male & female delegates from all surgical specialties.
